Specialized Discipleship Training
专题门训作为教会门训的补充，围绕“促进门徒全人健康”展开，在心理(内心发生了什么？)、关系、品格、文化、属灵等领域，扩展门徒视野，以符合圣经真理的知识装备门徒，在知识和见识上更新，在实践层面帮助门徒进入生命成长的实际。
特色：在门训过程中，以祷告为根基，以圣经真理为衡量标准，审视并整合科学研究与专业理论，去糟粕取精华，使之为主所用。课程不仅注重知识的学习，更强调生命更新的操练与实际技能的训练。在真理与实践的结合中，见证圣灵在内心深处的更新大能，并带来外在行为与服事方式的转化。
Specialized discipleship serves as a complement to the church’s overall discipleship ministry. Centered on fostering the holistic health of believers, it broadens their vision in areas such as the inner life of the heart, relationships, character formation, culture, and spiritual growth. Grounded in biblical truth, it equips disciples with sound understanding, renews their perspective, and helps them integrate biblical truth into practical life transformation.

During the discipleship training, prayer serves as the foundation, and biblical truth as the guiding standard. Scientific research and professional theories are carefully examined and integrated, retaining what is valuable and discarding what is not, so that all knowledge is purified, aligned with God’s truth, and employed fully for His purposes. The program emphasizes not only the acquisition of knowledge but also practical exercises in life renewal and skill development. By integrating truth with practice, participants experience the Holy Spirit’s transformative work in their hearts, leading to outward behavioral changes and a renewed approach to ministry.

Grow through ongoing practice — supported by supervision, nurtured through sustained spiritual disciplines — regular engagement with Scripture, prayer, and ongoing training that shapes both character and competence.
For disciples of Christ who sense a calling, who carry authentic life experience and rich personal journeys, and who long to serve in real-life ministry contexts: once you have received foundational training in counselling and care — whether you are called to pastoral ministry, accompaniment, and care within the church, or to serve as a professional counsellor — our online appointment platform offers meaningful, real-world practice opportunities.
You have the chance to serve through the RMCC platform, providing support either free of charge or for a fee.
Through attentive listening and faithful presence, you will accompany those in need. They may be Chinese individuals living overseas — such as international students — or people in mainland China. Some may be Christians; others may not yet share the faith.
This is a space where calling is embodied in practice, skill is strengthened under supervision, and life is continually deepened through faithful service.

Based on the needs at different stages of life, we provide personalized listening, accompaniment, counselling, supervision, workshops, and a mobile app to support brothers and sisters on their journey of faith.
You can connect with companions who may be:

Companion Mentors – personally called and used by God, firmly rooted in the truths of life, with rich life experience and training in counselling and care. They continue to receive supervision and spiritual formation. They offer free or easily affordable listening, accompaniment, and prayer. You can experience short-term or long-term safe companionship as you journey together on the path of faith.

Professional Christian Counsellors – members of the Australian Counselling Association, providing fee-based services. Professionally trained, receiving regular industry supervision and adhering to professional standards. They walk with you according to your needs in psychological and relational matters, supporting both healing and growth.

Pastoral Counsellors – experienced pastors with a special calling in counselling and care, developed over years of ministry. If you are a weary servant, you can receive guidance, encouragement, and insight in truth, including spiritual discernment. Services are offered for a free-will donation.

Professional Christian Coaches and Supervisors – professionally qualified in Australia, providing fee-based services.

现在正在进行的专业的基督教辅导与关怀证书培训，在帮助弟兄姐妹更深认识自己与关系、装备实用的辅导与关怀技能的过程中，也带来生命的更新，使人进入更有安息的服事状态。
《基督教专业辅导与关怀专业证书》课程由澳大利亚家庭咨询学院（AIFC）提供。此课程为在线课程，无论身在何处，都可以学习。以圣经真理为根基，结合信仰与实证心理健康和基督教辅导专业理论、参与技能训练以及相关圣经真理的装备。在课程期间，会邀请很多专业人士、宣教士、牧师 为学生上课，拓宽眼界和心胸。
澳大利亚家庭咨询学院AIFC，是澳洲认证的辅导专业培训学院，由蒙神呼召在专业领域服侍的宣教士建立，以此事工推动福音向前行，30年以来为澳洲培养了大批以基督信仰为坚定根基的基督徒专业咨询师，也装备了成千上万在传福音以及教会建造一线服侍的宣教士、牧师、教牧同工和在各个领域发光作盐的基督徒。如今AIFC一直在神的恩典和带领下，活跃在澳洲的基督徒咨询专业培训领域，由Nickloas Marks 带领的同工团队，是在安息中服侍的榜样。
At present, the Professional Certificate in Christian Counselling and Care helps brothers and sisters cultivate deeper self-awareness and relational insight, while equipping them with practical counselling and pastoral care skills. Through this program, participants experience personal renewal, enabling them to serve from a place of deeper rest in Christ and greater long-term sustainability in ministry.
This program is offered by the Australian Institute of Family Counselling (AIFC). This program is delivered fully online, allowing students to participate from anywhere in the world. Grounded in biblical truth, the course integrates Christian faith with evidence-based mental health insights and professional Christian counselling theory. Students engage in practical skills training and receive solid biblical foundations relevant to counselling and pastoral care. Throughout the program, experienced professionals, missionaries, and pastors are invited to teach, broadening students’ perspectives and enriching their learning experience.
The Australian Institute of Family Counselling (AIFC) is an accredited counselling training institution in Australia. It was founded by missionaries who were called by God to serve in the professional counselling field, with a vision to advance the gospel through this ministry. Over the past 30 years, AIFC has trained a large number of Christian professional counsellors in Australia whose work is firmly grounded in their faith in Christ. It has also equipped thousands of missionaries, pastors, ministry workers, and Christians serving on the front lines of evangelism, church building, and various professional fields as salt and light.
Today, under God’s grace and guidance, AIFC continues to play an active role in Christian counselling education in Australia. The team, led by Nicholas Marks, models a way of serving that flows from a place of rest in Christ.

装备和学习意味着好的基础，生命和生活经历意味着丰富的沉淀，只有实际助人的服侍中持续成长，才能在实践和时间中积累的合神心意的助人经验，帮助他人生命的更新从量变到质变，自己也成为心灵强健、生命更新，服侍更有能力，靠耶稣有喜乐的服侍者。
经过装备的门徒，有神的呼召，并且有在辅导恩赐方面的印证，可以通过RMCC更新陪伴平台，在线服侍实际来访者。
在平台上服侍的过程，会接受每月2次集体督导，以及每月2次的生命转化课程（包括读经、祷告以及实践性知识课程），每年有50次以上的持续督导、培训和生命更新操练。
Training and learning provide a solid foundation, while life and personal experiences offer rich depth. Only by continually growing through practical, helping-oriented service can one accumulate God-honoring experience in ministry. This allows the transformation of others’ lives to move from quantitative change to qualitative renewal, while oneself becomes spiritually strong, renewed in life, more capable in service, and joyful in serving through Jesus.
A disciple who has been equipped, has God’s calling, and bears evidence of gifts in counseling can serve real clients online through the RMCC Platform（Renewing Mind Care and Counselling Platform）.
During service on the platform, participants receive twice-monthly group supervision and twice-monthly life transformation courses (including Bible study, prayer, and practical knowledge courses). Over the course of a year, they will engage in more than 50 sessions of ongoing supervision, training, and life-renewal exercises.
